At Ranzi Perfume Trading, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
For hygiene reasons, perfumes and personal care items cannot be returned once opened or used.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. You will be notified once your return is approved or rejected.

Conditions:
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions, including items that are damaged, used, or returned after the allowed period.

Proof of purchase:
A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
